
Strengths: i still believe that my two biggest strengths are setting people up for the dig and under arm serving. i do well to execute the serve getting the ball over the net and into the danger areas and aiming to different people and places of the court.
Weakness: the only skill i think i need to improve on the most is the spike as i think i am struggling the most with this skill than any other skill. i think that i struggled the most on the spike because of the timing of the the jump and keeping the ball low instead of hitting it at the back of the court.
Opportunities: accessing the gym would enable me to improve some of the techniques of of the spike therefore this can enable me to improve.
Threat:the only barrier that will stop me from improving is the lack of volley ball clubs in the area.
